Meet the team behind m2u McDonald’s! The dedicated leaders who live out our values and help create great experiences in our restaurants every day.
Our Story
m2u McDonald’s was built on decades of experience and a shared commitment to excellence. Owners Ursula and Martha began their McDonald’s careers in 1982, developing a deep understanding of restaurant operations, team leadership and the power of strong community connections. In August 2015, they relocated to Oklahoma to pursue the opportunity to become Owner/Operators, officially purchasing their first five restaurants on March 1, 2016.

Since then, m2u McDonald’s has grown thoughtfully and now proudly operates seven McDonald’s restaurants across Oklahoma.

From day one, our goal has been clear: create restaurants where guests feel welcome, team members feel valued and communities feel supported. m2u McDonald’s is committed to being a trusted local employer, delivering safe and high-quality food, and fostering a culture built on respect, opportunity and care. Through strong leadership and a people-first mindset, m2u McDonald’s remains focused on building lasting success, supporting its team members, serving its guests with excellence and making a meaningful impact in the communities it calls home.
